Ordering

We are always happy to discuss a bespoke order so if you have found something on our site you like, but want to discuss a variation, please contact us to discuss your ideas. We will endeavour to respond to all correspondence as quickly as possible.

 

Once we have discussed an order we will confirm the details and cost in writing.

 

Payment

For all sales we require a minimum deposit of 50% at time of order. The deposit is payable either by cheque or by bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment of the deposit has cleared and we will confirm this in writing.

 

We will inform you once your item is complete at which point the balance of payment is due. Once this payment has cleared we will deliver your item.

 

Timescale

All our furniture is made to order. Once an order has been placed we will inform you of current lead-in times and provide you with an expected date for completion. We will then contact you closer to the date to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

 

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled up to 48 hours from the date of order for a full refund of the deposit. After 48 hours from the date of order the deposit is non-refundable if an order is cancelled.

 

Delivery

We can deliver anywhere in the country but as your item of furniture is precious and requires extra care to transport we have to charge for delivery. Once you have decided which item you want to order and where it's to be delivered we will advise you of the delivery date and cost.

 

We always try to deliver at a time that suits you.  This includes evenings and weekends where possible. We will aim to agree a convenient delivery time, unpack, assemble and position your item and remove all packaging materials on departure.

 

If you accept a delivery date that you subsequently cannot meet, please let us know within 48 hours of the date otherwise a redelivery charge may apply.

 

All of our items of furniture are solid and are therefore generally quite heavy, often requiring two people to transport. Our benches, seats and firepits are all delivered ready assembled.

 

Returns Policy

Our products are made to order; therefore once an item is delivered we are not able to offer a refund or return, unless the item is damage at the time of delivery.

 

If an item is damaged on delivery we will arrange for a refund or replacement and cover the cost of return delivery.

 

Guarantee

All products, materials and workmanship are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.

 

Oak and other timbers are natural materials and therefore susceptible to environmental change. Fluctuations in temperature and moisture caused by internal heating, weather and sunlight can result in timber shrinking and expanding. Swelling, cracks and drying shakes are inherent characteristics of natural timber and not a fault in the wood or workmanship.
